With a month to go before May’s Torah celebration for the San Diego Jewish Academy and community, Passage Productions reports a successful year-long archiving of key events leading up to the Torah completion.
SDJA chose Passage Productions to archive several month of documentary-style footage of key milestones in the Torah’s development, and will release the video shortly after the May celebration. Several events had been captured at the academy involving students and staff, along with private home celebrations and religious functions.

A full report of the celebration and sample of the documentary will be released in June 2009.
Planning for the 2009 Most Innovative New Product Awards presentation has begun with CONNECT.org and Passage Productions deep in the concept-building process. The MIP awards are the region’s technology “Oscars”, recognizing business and development in the region in the fields of science and technology.

The event is typically a who’s who among breakthrough entrepreneurs, often helping to launch products that have made global impact in the areas of medicine, defense and biochem. A mixture of businessmen, scientists and innovators will be in attendance at this year’s event, to be held in December 2009. More details to be released.
CleanTECH San Diego collaborates with Passage Productions to produce an advanced Powerpoint-style presentation, complete with design and video. Needing a presentation that would compliment the clean tech feel, Passage created a series of slides containing choice graphic elements, along with a selected video cut from the Solar Power International Conference held last fall. - See the Solar Power International Video Produced By Passage Productions -
In attendance at the Economic Summit held at the Civic Center, downtown San Diego, were Mayor Jerry Sanders and the business and regional economic development leaders.
Along with video production and digital video editing, Passage helps companies and corporations in the development of graphic-rich presentations in both the PC-based Powerpoint program, as well as Apple’s Keynote. Having launched this arm of service offerings in 2008, Passage has seen a steady increase of companies seeking innovative approaches to business marketing.
